Strong rumour that is spreading recently has it that the veteran Yoruba Actor cum Movie producer has just lost the job that could earn him millions of naira due to his deficiency in English Language.
According to the jist, a London big boy was reported to have called Odun to discuss a business deal with him, but the inability of SUNDAY DAGBORU to comprehend with the guys Queen’s English made him told the guy in Pidgin English that he could not understand what he was saying and hang up the call, this made the London Big Boy lose focus on him.
From what we can deduce, the job was the production of a Blockbuster movie, but Mr Odunlade Adekola lost the opportunity. But the question is ARE YOU SAYING THAT ODUNLADE ADEKOLA CAN NOT COMMUNICATE IN AT LEAST BASIC ENGLISH????????????????????

Aramotu the much talk about movie that was shown at LTV 8 Cinema on Easter Monday has finally hit Silverbird cinema. For those that have watched the movie at different times and cinemas across the country has confirmed that “ARAMOTU” is a movie to behold is full of suspense and intrigue, different Yoruba movie actors again showcased the stuff they were made of, the likes of Peter Fatomilola, Adebayo Faleti, Ireti Osayemi, Bisi Komolafe to mention but few, showcased what they all know how to do best.
I think Yoruba movie is going to the next level and the actors are really putting extra effort so that it can stand side by side with other genre of movie in the world.
Saidi Balogun is no more a new actor when you talk about movie industry in Nigeria; his name always strikes a familiar cord in the minds of movie buffs in the country because of his outstanding contribution to the industry.
In a recent interview, he talks about his next movie project.

“My Fans should expect (YOU OR I).The movie promises to be a blockbuster. I am the only black guy in the movie; everybody in the movie is white, yes Oyinbos.
I did one thing for Otunba Segun Runsewe,in France I went to shoot on tourism, I was putting on Ankara over jeans, I am telling them that the blacks are over the whites because jeans is for white, Ankara is for us, so we are on top.
I am the only black guy like Obama who is ruling USA as the largest white population in the world.
When you watch the film, you will see a film being made by black not for the black alone but for the whole world to see.
His latest movie Eti Keta that gulped over #3o million naira is still selling fast in the market.
News-One, a Ghanaian print media outfit is reporting that players within the industry are covering up an
incident in which actor Majid Michel reportedly had a poisonous substance put in his food.
Sources say that during the shooting of the movie ‘Somewhere in Africa’, medical reports suggested that someone had put poison in a tin of milk Majid was supposed to have used in his food
“It was very serious but we have been asked to keep quiet about it. When he took the tin of milk, he realized that the contents had changed into a very black substance so he got scared and raised an alarm. He was taken to the hospital and the doctors confirmed that it was food poisoning.
“It is not clear who exactly did it but the milk was opened the previous night and was to have been used but something else came up so he put the milk back in the fridge and went with his friends to eat in town. “The next morning he took it again to use and saw the black substance,” the source revealed. Two other sources who were part of the cast and crew of ‘Somewhere In Africa’ also confirmed the report to News-One but begged to remain anonymous. What they added was that Majid left his hotel room door open when he went out with friends that previous night, noting that was the time his milk might have been poisoned.
The incident reportedly happened at a hotel in Accra, Ghana.

The Idols star delivered a baby girl in a US hospital early this morning.
The 28-year-old singer constantly tried to stay away from the press; but different sources and our reporters had spotted her with a bulging belly several times in recent months. Last month, she finally escaped from the prying eyes of the media; travelling out of the country to the US to deliver her first baby.
Sources close to her tell us she put to bed early Saturday, June 18, 2011 at 2AM.

via her Blackberry Messenger.
The identity of the father still remains unknown but those who should know have linked the child’s paternity with a yet-to-be-named part owner of Lagos club Zamunda.
